In 2015, I started as team leader secretariat at FNV. The merger meant my team was made up of 3 individual teams. Astrid coached me personally to merge the 3 individual teams into one. They were wonderful sessions in which I learned, step-by-step, how the process works and the role I played in it. There were, of course, also team sessions. Those were great days. An introduction day that was cheerful, light and interactive. The afternoon session focused on building and collaboration with, for example a section on feedback.
