I was so lucky to meet Astrid a few weeks after my arrival in The Hague. I was in a huge transition, knowing nobody, afraid to restart my coaching services from zero… Our first contact was direct, smiling, warm and very positive.
Then I was lucky again having a coaching session with her.
It’s never easy, when you are a coach yourself, to take the place of the coachee, even if you’re deeply confident of the benefit of the process… I was sure to know myself enough and I thought it was just a good opportunity to test the Talent Analysis tool…
During more than two hours, I discovered, I learned much deeper than ever what are my motivations, values, and how I can manage all these skills and weaknesses too. Astrid was all along the session present, supportive, comprehensive, never judging, encouraging, kind and respectful, offering explanations, options, de-dramatizing some points, highlighting some others, and this session gave me a lot of clarity, confidence and a deep awareness of who I am and what are my strengths to live my way and to reach my goals and may be even my dreams…
