The talent analyses gave insight into the individual motivations, talents and competencies.  We then conducted the interviews on these subjects and my colleagues were able to establish their own direction of development using specific competencies they could develop.
Through the team sessions we also clearly saw the team’s strengths. The team knew what they were capable of and what energized them. By measuring the talents and using exercises, we gained insight and clarity into everyone’s unique strengths. It has really resulted in better cooperation and made projects more effective, efficient and fun.
